Join Laura the 3rd Sunday of each month for Yoga Philosophy + Chanting. Deepen your understanding of Yoga philosophy and connect with Sanskrit’s timeless sounds. This harmonium supported class weaves together call-and-response chanting and discussion of the Yoga Sūtras of Patañjali. No previous chanting experience required. Several texts are available for student use during class. If you have one, please bring your copy of Vyaas Houston’s “Yoga Sūtra Workbook.”
